Booking was quick and easy.

My experience was fine, but the website froze on my friend around the same time.

The wait to speak to someone was too long, but when I finally spoke to Vicky. She was very helpful and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Vicky! 5 stars

Used Tesco Clubcard vouchers to purchase a spa day, process was quick & easy to do. Will hopefully have a relaxing and stress free day.

The treatments were amazing but the pool and Jacuzzis were not how I wanted a Spa Day to be. I agree this is a members club but all I wanted was to relax I had 2 very large men shouting at each other in the pool jacuzzi for half an hour. It isn't how I have experienced a spa day in the past and won't return. I also would like to say though that your reception staff were brilliant thank you

Had a nightmare trying to book as it said the voucher we had was invalid. Waited 14 mins on hold to spaseekers to fix this mistake and book over the phone. Agent was very nice.

Spoke with Chanel who was very helpful and polite. She made the experience very smooth and was very caring - I really appreciate her help. She took her time to make sure that I had all the information I needed and confirmed everything at all stages.

The phoneline wait time however is atrocious! I was on hold yesterday for 20 minutes and then the phone cut. I was on hold today for 25 minutes, that’s so crazy
